DPP-250E2 Al-Plastic-Al auto matic blister packing machine is elaborately designed,developed and manufactured by our engineer absorbing and assimilating the advanced technology at home and abroad,it is the initial product in China.The advantage of this machine pack AL-PL and AL-AL and AL-PL-AL at the same time.

1.Adopt domestic newwst high-power conveying system,using chains row to moving conveying shaft to prevent the mistakes and noise of other gear conveying.
2.Electric equipment adopts the imported contol system.According to the requirement of customers,it can be equipped with the Lacking/Refilling Device and Poor-filing.Detecting Eliminating Device.It adopts the imported Frequency Conversion Speed Controller.
3. This machine is composed of two subsystems;one includes PVC forming unit,feeding unit and hot-sealing unit and cutting unit.These two subsystems can be packed independently.

4.Photoelectric control system,PVC,PTP and tropic aluminum feeding unit,scrap reclaiming unit are equipped to insure the synchronization of the stations under long distance.
