I.                    Summarization
   At present in the design of GMP pharmaceutical project, the granule produced by oscillating granulator and high speed mixing granulator will be dried by hot air cycle oven. However the material dried by oven can produce caking and the time of operation needs 58 hours. Therefore it affects the quality of product and the speed of production. On account of the problems, this company has designed and developed high effective boiling drier to replace oven. This design uses fluidized bed with round structure. It can eliminate died corner. The stirrer is set at the hopper in order to avoid that wet material agglomerates and forms channeling while dry. The dry speed is quick. In general the time of dry each batch will be 2030 min only. Because the temperature is uniform and the material takes motion up and down at fluidized bed, the caking of material is avoided.
 
II.                  Use
1.      Dry the granule produced by screw extruder, oscillating granulator, high speed mixing granulator;
2.      Dry wet granule and wet material in the fields of pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, feedstuff industry and chemical industry, etc;
3.      Dry the material that has big granule, small block or adhesive block;
4.      Dry the material that can change its volume while dry such as konjak, PP, amide, etc. 
 
III.                Main performances and basic parameters
The operation of this equipment is negative pressure and close. Because air is filtered and the equipment is not dead corner, it is an ideal equipment conformed the requirement of GMP. Meanwhile the material in the equipment is fluidized and moved unceasingly, its drying speed is quick and the temperature is uniform. In this way the quality of product is guaranteed.

IV.                Principle of work
 The heated and purified air led by draught fan will pass through the sieve plate of hopper. The material in the hopper is stirred and acted by negative pressure and will form fluidized state. The moisture will be vaporized quickly and brought out by fan.
